Our swim lessons cater to children between the ages of 6 months and 13 years. We offer classes tailored to different age and skill levels to ensure every child has a positive and enjoyable learning experience.

Children should wear appropriate swimwear, such as a swimsuit or swim trunks, and bring along a towel. Goggles and swim caps are optional but can enhance the learning experience. We do not provide bathing suits, towels, caps, or goggles.

Our swim lessons focus on building water confidence, teaching fundamental swimming techniques, water safety skills, and stroke development based on the child's age and proficiency level. Instructors will teach varying criteria depending on your children's skill level. We aim to make learning to swim fun and engaging for your child.

Each swim and diving lesson lasts for 30 minutes depending on your arrival. This duration allows us to maintain focus and ensure your child's safety and progress during the session. Since our instructors may be booked back to back lessons, it is vital to show up on time in order to be provided the full 30 minutes. If you would like an extended lesson to 60 minutes, please register for two lessons back to back (for example, one slot at 9:30 and one at 10:00 for the same day.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If your child misses a lesson, please notify us in advance, if possible. We will do our best to accommodate a makeup lesson, subject to availability. If you miss a lesson without contacting us 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $25 fee that must be paid before your next lesson.

Absolutely! As your child progresses, they will have the opportunity to move up to higher skill levels. Our instructors regularly assess their abilities and recommend appropriate advancement.

Our lessons are located at Fairfield University at the swimming pool in the Quick Jr. Recreation Complex (RecPlex).
