Group lessons are designed for swimmers who are proficient in their swimming abilities and are looking to work on endurance and technique. Swimmers who participate in group lessons must be able to swim a lap (25 meters) unassisted.

Level One is designed for children with zero experience in the water. The primary focus is on helping them become comfortable in the water while also learning basic water safety skills. With the instructor actively in the water with the children, children will learn fundamental skills such as:
submerging their head
blowing bubbles
floating with assistance
The objective of this level is to help children overcome their fear of water and establish a foundation for future swimming skills.

Level Two is intended for children who are comfortable in the water, but lack swimming ability. The focus of this level is on teaching children how to use their arms and legs to move through the water with the instructor actively in the water with the children. By the end of this level, students should be able to swim a short distance with assistance. Some skills include:
Swimming to an instructor a short distance away from the wall assisted or unassisted, if able
Learning to float unassisted
Learning kicking techniques using the kickboard
Swimming skills both on the stomach and on the back

Level three is intended for children who can swim a short distance on their own, but still require some assistance. The primary focus of this level is on improving the child's technique and endurance. With the instructor actively in the water with the children, children will learn the basics of stroke techniques such as:
freestyle
backstroke
breaststroke
By the end of this level, children should be able to swim a short distance unassisted. Other skills might include:
Swimming submerged underwater
Floating independently
Kicking independently
Can swim unassisted for longer distances on both stomach and back

Level four is for children who can swim at least 25 meters unassisted. The primary focus of this level is on improving the child’s endurance and refining their technique. With the instructor actively in the water, children will learn advanced techniques for all the strokes, including turns and dives. By the end of this level, children should be able to swim 25 meters unassisted.

Level five is for children with a solid foundation in swimming and who want to improve their endurance and technique for longer distances using all strokes. The primary focus of this level is on perfecting technique for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly and learning efficient techniques for longer distances. Children will learn how to swim 50 meters unassisted using all strokes. The instructor may or may not be in the water, that would be up to the instructor's discretion.

Level six is for children who can swim at least 50 meters unassisted and want to further improve their swimming skills for competitive swimming or personal achievement. The primary focus of this level is on perfecting technique, building endurance, and increasing speed. The instructor will act more as a coach than an instructor and will not be in the water during lessons.
